In-App Purchases

the tes•LAX “Extra Strength Subscription” provides users with the full current and future feature set of the application for the term of the subscription. Purchase price and length of the subscription are provided in the purchase screen at time-of-purchase. Unlike the one-time purchase options, which only provide the current feature set, the “Extra Strength Subscription” will grow to include new features if they become available. The developer makes no commitment as to future app updates and features. Please make sure the application meets your needs before making any in-app purchase. Make full use of the free functionality to be certain that this application meets your needs before purchasing. The developer cannot issue refunds. There is no warranty that the current and future feature set of this application will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions. Users may unsubscribe at any time, however users may loose access to features within the application. To unsubscribe:

  1. Visit the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the settings window and then “iTunes & AppStore”.
  3. Tap your Apple ID and then “View Apple ID” from the pop-up.
  4. Tap “Subscriptions”
  5. Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
  6. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

At this time, tes•LAX does not collect any personal data. The only networking code in tes•LAX is used for the purposes of processing in-app purchases. All data is stored on the local device or in the user’s iCloud account. Should All About Jake, LLC choose to extend tes•LAX with new features that require logging, metrics, or analytics, this privacy policy will be updated. All About Jake, LLC reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.
